Why learn AI for software work?

Use AI as a development tool for routine drafts and unfamiliar code, giving you more time to solve real product problems. Learning to guide and verify it makes you more useful across a software team.

Let AI assist

Explore unfamiliar code, draft tests, and try an approach to a routine task.

Keep the engineer in charge

Set the requirements, review the output, test edge cases, and own the change.

One task, completed faster with an AI tool.

In a GitHub study, 95 professional developers were assigned to build a JavaScript HTTP server. The group using Copilot finished in less time on average.

Without Copilot2 hr 41 min
With Copilot1 hr 11 min

Results from this specific task do not predict the same gain for every project. AI-generated code still needs human review and testing.

Only as long as the learning needs to be.

We choose the scope around the problem and the practice it requires. Exact content, duration, and schedule are shared before enrollment.

Learn by making one useful change.

PixyDelta means progress pixel by pixel. For example, improving a form that only says “Something went wrong” can teach you to find a problem, fix it, and check the result.

  1. Find the causeRead the existing code and reproduce the error.
  2. Make a useful changeGive the person a clear next step.
  3. Test and reviewCheck the result and explain your decision.

Common questions

Know the kind of work you want to do?

Build applicationsWork with dataShip software
Who is PixyDelta for?

Engineering college students, recent graduates, and working professionals who want to improve a practical software skill. We begin with what you already know and what you need to do next.

Are these long courses?

Our focus is micro, short, and mid-length modules. A module may address one skill or a connected set of skills. Its scope and schedule are confirmed when that module opens.

Is this a certification program?

No. The goal is work you can build, improve, and explain. We focus on practical ability rather than a certificate.

How are sessions taught?

Safikul Islam teaches in person. We will share the exact format for each module before enrollment.

Tell us the skill you want to use.

We can help you find a practical place to begin, whether you are a student or already working in software.
